BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Chierah Hair & Beauty – February 2026
By booking an appointment with Chierah Hair & Beauty, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
TIME & PUNCTUALITY
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Arrivals later than 5 minutes will be considered late and incur a €10 late fee.
- Appointments expire after 15 minutes. Late arrivals beyond this point will be treated as a
cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited. - Appointment durations are estimated. Clients are advised not to schedule other commitments
immediately after their visit.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

Our booking system may occasionally not generate an automatic confirmation email after a successful deposit payment.
Once your payment has been processed, your appointment is confirmed and secured.

After payment, the system provides the option to add your appointment directly to your Google Calendar.

We also recommend saving a screenshot of your appointment details for your records.

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit.
- When cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be converted into a credit voucher.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and subject to expiration.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
- Appointments may only be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Changes must be requested via info@chierah-dickson.com during business hours.
- Late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals result in full loss of deposit.
SUNDAY SERVICES
- Chierah Hair & Beauty is open two Sundays per month.
- Sunday services are premium appointments and are charged at a higher rate.
- Sunday appointments cannot be transferred to a weekday appointment.
- In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, Sunday appointments may only be transferred to the next available Sunday date.
- Deposits for Sunday services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Sunday services are limited and reserved for clients who specifically select and agree to this
premium option.
HOUSE RULES
- Clients must treat all staff members, including trainees, with respect.
- Disruptive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
- Children, extra guests, and pets are not permitted unless being serviced.
