By completing your booking , you are in agreement to the booking policy.

Please be on time !!!

BEING LATE Anything after 5 minutes will be considered late and a €10 fee will be charged for your service.
Your appointment will expire after 15 minutes.
Deposits are nonrefundable
Appointments can only be rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance
Reschedule your appointment during business hours can be done by mail info@chierah-dickson.com

Please note that you lose your deposits if you do not cancel or reschedule the appointment more than 24 hours in advance.
Our booking system doesn’t always send a confirmation email after a downpayment has been made. However, if the payment has been deducted from your account, please note that this means that the appointment has been made and confirmed.

We advise all our customers to write down the date and time of the appointment in their own agendas, if they do not receive a confirmation email.
Unfortunately we cannot allow children/extra people unless being serviced.
