We ship your order in one package as much as possible. Your parcel is sent with TNT Post / DHL.​

Payments

We want you to shop with pleasure and, above all, safely. That is why payments are processed via iDEAL – simple, fast and reliable. After your payment you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Shipping & out‑of‑stock items

Orders with items that are not in stock
If one or more items in your order are not in stock, we will arrange a partial delivery and send the missing items at a later time. In some cases we may decide to ship your entire order later; in that case the delivery can be delayed by a few days. If a product is not in stock, you will be informed by email about the expected delivery time.

Shipping costs outside the Netherlands

At this moment we only ship orders within the Netherlands.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands

For orders of €400.00 or more, no shipping costs will be charged. For orders up to €90.00 we charge €6.95 shipping per order.

Didn’t receive your parcel?

If you have not received your order within 5 working days after our confirmation email, please send an email to info@chierah-dickson.com. We will start an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed of the status by email.
