Chierah Hair & Beauty specialises in custom‑made medical hair solustions for medical hairloss. We supply exclusively bespoke hair systems, fully tailored to your wishes and needs; we do not sell any ready‑made or off‑the‑rack wigs.
Our wigs and hairpieces can be made for both cosmetic and medical purposes. In cases of hair problems or hair loss, for example due to alopecia, chemotherapy or other medical causes, we create solutions for all forms of hair loss and baldness.
Chierah Hair & Beauty works only with high‑quality 100% human hair. You can choose from a wide range of styles and textures: from classic to modern, long or short, straight or curly hair. Every wig is adjusted to your head size, hair colour, density and natural hairline for the most realistic result possible.
You are very welcome to book an appointment in our salon for a free, no‑obligation consultation. For your comfort and privacy, we have a private treatment room available.
How We Work
First appointment
We work by appointment only, so we can take enough time for you and avoid waiting times. You can make an appointment for a free, no‑obligation intake via our website or by phone. We aim to schedule this consultation within five working days.
If you are unable to visit the salon due to illness or another medical reason, we are happy to come to you. For clients within a 10 km radius of the salon, we do not charge any extra fee for this service.
During the intake we discuss your situation, wishes and expectations. Based on this, we advise you about options, materials and models, and we also inform you about the costs and any reimbursement from your health insurance.
Delivery of your wig or hairpiece
After the intake, we start creating your custom hair system. The delivery time is agreed with you in advance and is a maximum of 12 weeks. If we have a suitable custom piece in stock, we can deliver it within 2 working days.
On delivery you receive a personal demonstration on how to use and care for your wig or hairpiece, together with clear written instructions.
Would you like to reserve a wig? This is possible for a period of at least 3 weeks and up to 6 weeks.
Aftercare
Our support does not stop after the purchase. After 3 to 4 weeks you can bring your hairpiece back for a wash and care treatment. We are happy to help you with maintenance to extend the lifespan of your wig or hairpiece.

Costs
Because every wig we make is custom‑made, prices can vary. The price depends on the type of hair, the construction method (machine‑made or hand‑tied) and the desired style.
- Custom synthetic wig: from €300
- Custom human hair wig: from €699
We do not work with ready‑made wigs. Each hairpiece is created and adjusted specifically for you, ensuring a natural look and a comfortable fit.
Warranty
Our custom‑made wigs and hairpieces come with a 6‑month warranty against factory and material defects, starting from the delivery date. In case of improper use or if the maintenance instructions are not followed, the warranty will lapse.
Complaints
Chierah Hair & Beauty is affiliated with the Stichting Geschillencommissie (SGC). If you are not satisfied, we will of course do our utmost to resolve the issue together. If this is not possible, you can submit your complaint to the SGC; the decision of the committee is binding.
Insurance & Reimbursement
If you are medically eligible for a wig or hairpiece, your health insurer will provide a basic reimbursement of €482.50. If you have additional insurance, there may be an extra allowance. If you are unsure about what applies to you, we are happy to help.
